Chef Designer

Giuseppe Di Iorio

Di Iorio’s gastronomic philosophy is based on the authentic flavor of each ingredient, that must be fresh and high quality, in order to create “symphonic” combinations where every flavor it’s recognizable and in harmony with the others.
